Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Axiom Aesthetics website and our aesthetic treatment services. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Appointment Policy
All treatments require an initial consultation, either in person or via video call. During your consultation, our practitioners will assess your suitability for the requested treatment, discuss expected outcomes, and outline any potential risks.
- Appointments are confirmed via email and/or SMS
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest
- A valid form of identification may be required at your first visit
- You must be at least 18 years of age to receive aesthetic treatments
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide us with adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:
- 48 hours or more notice: No charge. Full refund of any deposit paid
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the treatment cost or deposit may be retained
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: The full treatment cost or deposit will be charged
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellations must be confirmed by our team to be considered valid.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment or full refund.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain treatments or treatment packages
- Treatment packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change; however, booked treatments will be honoured at the quoted price
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of issue
Medical Consent
Before any treatment, you will be required to:
- Complete a detailed medical history and consent form
- Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and supplements
- Inform us of any changes to your medical history before subsequent treatments
- Consent to before and after photographs for your medical records (these will not be shared publicly without your separate, explicit written consent)
We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe there is a medical contraindication or if incomplete medical information has been provided. All medical information is held in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Aftercare Responsibilities
Following your treatment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to:
- Follow all aftercare advice provided by your practitioner
- Attend any recommended follow-up appointments
- Contact us immediately if you experience any unexpected side effects or complications
- Avoid any activities or products that may compromise your treatment results as advised
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your treatment outcome. Axiom Aesthetics cannot be held liable for adverse results arising from non-compliance with aftercare guidance.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver the highest standard of care:
- Individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes
- All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during your consultation
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment received
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- We maintain full professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally:
- Step 1: Contact us directly by phone or email to discuss your concern. We aim to resolve issues informally within 5 working days
- Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, submit a formal written complaint to our Clinic Manager at [email protected]
- Step 3: We will acknowledge your formal complaint within 2 working days and provide a full written response within 20 working days
- Step 4: If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory body or seek independent mediation
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
