Non-surgical rhinoplasty — also known as a “liquid nose job” — uses dermal fillers to reshape and refine the nose without surgery, general anaesthetic, or extended downtime. It has become one of the fastest-growing aesthetic treatments globally.
What Can Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Achieve?
- Smooth bumps and humps on the nose bridge
- Lift a drooping nasal tip
- Improve symmetry and straighten a crooked nose
- Refine the bridge for a smoother profile
- Correct minor post-surgical irregularities
What It Cannot Do
Non-surgical rhinoplasty adds volume rather than removing tissue. It cannot reduce the overall size of the nose, narrow wide nostrils, or correct breathing difficulties.
The Procedure
Treatment takes 15–30 minutes. After topical anaesthetic, small amounts of HA filler are precisely injected using a fine needle or cannula. Results are immediate and last 12–18 months.
Safety Considerations
The nose has a complex blood supply, making this an advanced procedure that should only be performed by highly experienced practitioners. At Axiom Aesthetics, our doctors have extensive anatomical training and always use HA fillers (which are dissolvable with hyaluronidase in the unlikely event of a complication).
