General
You can book a consultation through our online booking system, by calling our clinic on 020 7946 0958, or by completing our contact form. All initial consultations include a thorough assessment and personalised treatment plan.
During your first visit, you will meet with one of our specialist practitioners who will discuss your aesthetic goals, conduct a thorough facial or body assessment, explain suitable treatment options, provide realistic expectations of results, and answer all your questions. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment, and we encourage you to take time to consider your options.
Yes, all our practitioners are fully qualified medical professionals — including consultant plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic physicians — with extensive specialist training and experience. Our surgeons are registered with BAAPS, BAPRAS, and the Royal College of Surgeons. All treatments are performed to the highest clinical standards in our purpose-built Harley Street clinic.
Our clinic is located at 48 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PU. We are a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park underground station (Bakerloo line) and 7 minutes from Great Portland Street station. Metered parking is available on surrounding streets, and NCP car parks are at Marylebone and Cavendish Square.
Yes, we offer virtual consultations via secure video link for patients who are unable to attend in person for their initial assessment. This is particularly convenient for patients travelling from outside London or internationally. A follow-up in-person consultation may be required before certain procedures.
Treatments
We offer a comprehensive range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, Morpheus8, PRP therapy, CoolSculpting, rhinoplasty, facelift surgery, blepharoplasty, hair transplantation, and many more.
The best treatment depends on your individual concerns, goals, skin type, medical history, and lifestyle. During your consultation, our practitioners will assess your suitability for different options and recommend a personalised treatment plan. We believe in honest, evidence-based advice — we will never recommend a treatment that is not appropriate for you.
Most non-surgical treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use topical anaesthetic cream, ice, and other comfort measures as standard. For surgical procedures, appropriate anaesthesia is administered by our experienced anaesthetist. Our practitioners are trained to minimise discomfort throughout your treatment journey, and we will always discuss pain management options during your consultation.
This depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–6 months. Dermal fillers last 6–18 months depending on the product and area treated. Laser treatments and chemical peels provide long-lasting results but maintenance sessions may be recommended. Surgical procedures such as rhinoplasty and facelift deliver permanent structural changes, though natural ageing continues. Your practitioner will provide a detailed timeline during your consultation.
Absolutely. In fact, we often find that a combination approach achieves the most natural and comprehensive results. For example, anti-wrinkle injections paired with dermal fillers address both dynamic and static lines. Laser treatments combined with a medical skincare programme enhance and prolong results. Your practitioner will design a bespoke treatment plan that may incorporate multiple modalities.
Pricing & Payment
Non-surgical consultations are complimentary. Surgical consultations are £100, which is fully redeemable against the cost of surgery if you proceed. All consultations include a thorough assessment, discussion of treatment options, and a written quotation with no hidden fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of treatment or surgery. We also offer interest-free payment plans (0% APR) for treatments over £1,000 through our finance partner, subject to approval.
Yes, we offer 0% interest finance for up to 12 months on treatments over £1,000. Longer finance terms (up to 36 months) are available at competitive rates. Applications can be completed quickly during your consultation. All finance is subject to status and affordability checks.
Yes. Non-surgical treatments require a £50 booking deposit, deducted from the treatment cost. Surgical procedures require a deposit of £500–£1,000 depending on the procedure. Deposits are refundable with more than 48 hours’ notice.
Recovery & Aftercare
Recovery varies by treatment. Non-surgical treatments such as fillers and injections typically require no downtime — most patients return to normal activities immediately. Chemical peels may involve 3–7 days of peeling. Laser treatments vary from 1–10 days depending on depth. Surgical procedures require 1–3 weeks off work, with full recovery over 4–12 weeks. Your practitioner will provide a detailed recovery timeline specific to your treatment.
We provide comprehensive aftercare including detailed written aftercare instructions, follow-up appointments at no additional charge, a 24/7 emergency aftercare phone line, direct access to your treating practitioner, and ongoing support throughout your recovery. We believe that exceptional aftercare is as important as the treatment itself.
Whilst complications are rare, we take them extremely seriously. Our 24/7 aftercare line (020 7946 0958) ensures you can always reach a medical professional. All complications are managed promptly and at no additional cost to you. Our clinic is fully equipped to manage any post-treatment concerns, and our practitioners have extensive training in complication management.
For most non-surgical treatments, no time off work is needed. You may experience mild redness or swelling for 24–48 hours. We recommend scheduling injectable treatments at least 48 hours before important social events. For surgical procedures, we recommend 1–3 weeks off work depending on the procedure and the physical demands of your role.
Safety & Standards
Yes. Our clinic operates under the highest regulatory standards. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and adhere to all relevant GMC and NHS England guidelines. Our facility meets all standards for clinical cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and patient safety.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the booking deposit. We understand that emergencies happen and will assess each situation individually. Rescheduling is always available at no extra charge with adequate notice.
